Zura Labs Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") is a UK-registered software studio (No. 17037873) that publishes mobile applications for spiritual wellness, emotional health, and productivity. This policy covers all our apps and services, including Haven: Scripture & Peace and Not To-Do. We are committed to the highest standards of privacy under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).2. Information We Collect
We collect only the data needed to operate our apps. This data is securely linked to your account to provide core functionality. We never sell your data and never use it for third-party advertising or tracking.Contact Info: Name and email address for account authentication via Supabase.Health & Wellness (Haven only): Self-provided emotional states ("Moods") used to map relevant Scripture from the WEB Bible.Behavioural Data (Not To-Do only): Self-defined rules, daily check-ins, streaks, and reflections used to support your personal practice. This data is private to your account.Sensitive Info (Haven only): Religious and philosophical reflections inherent to the use of a faith-based app.User Content: Private journal entries (Haven) and reflections (Not To-Do) stored securely and remaining the property of the user.Identifiers: A unique User ID used to manage your private data and preferences.Purchases: Purchase history and subscription status managed securely via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store to provide premium access.Usage & Diagnostics: Anonymous product interaction and crash data to ensure app stability.3. Data Security, Storage & Sharing
Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption. Personal content is stored in a secure Supabase environment in the EU (London region). All network communication uses secure HTTPS/TLS protocols. We do not sell or trade your data. It is shared only with essential infrastructure partners (Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase) strictly to operate our apps.4. Your Rights (UK GDPR) & Account Deletion
Under UK law, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data at any time. You can initiate complete deletion of your account and all associated data directly within each app's settings. By using any Zura Labs Ltd app, including Haven: Scripture & Peace and Not To-Do, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.2. Subscriptions & Payments
Our apps may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features. Specific pricing, billing cycles, and feature lists are presented within each app at the point of purchase.Haven Premium: Monthly or Annual subscription. Unlocks 50+ curated Scriptures, whispers, and prayers per mood, unlimited Scripture access, personalised daily verses, and advanced journaling.Not To-Do Premium: Weekly, Monthly, or Annual subscription. Unlocks unlimited rules, full check-in history, full reflection history, and ongoing access to The Method coaching content.Future Releases: From time to time we may advertise features slated for future releases. These represent our development roadmap. Your subscription is a purchase of the features available at the time of purchase and is not contingent on the delivery of future functionality.Billing & Cancellation: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple App Store Account Settings.3. Content Disclaimers
Our apps are tools for personal reflection and self-improvement. They are not providers of professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice.Haven: Scripture mapping (WEB Bible) is provided for spiritual encouragement and should not replace professional care for serious mental health conditions.Not To-Do: The app supports personal habit and behaviour change.
