This data is securely linked to your account to provide core app functionality, but is never sold or used for third-party tracking:Contact Info: Name and Email Address for account authentication via Supabase.Health & Wellness: Self-provided emotional states ("Moods") used solely to map and suggest relevant Scripture from the WEB Bible.Sensitive Info: Religious and philosophical reflections inherent to the use of a faith-based digital sanctuary.User Content: Private journal entries which are stored securely and remain the property of the user.Identifiers: A unique User ID used to manage your private data and preferences.Purchases: Purchase history and subscription status (Monthly/Annual) managed securely via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store to provide premium access.Usage & Diagnostics: Anonymous product interaction and crash data to ensure the stability of the iOS application.3. Data Security, Storage & Sharing
Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption. Journal entries and personal reflections are stored in a secure Supabase environment, and all network communication is handled via secure HTTPS/TLS protocols. We do not sell or trade your data. It is shared only with essential infrastructure partners (Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase) strictly to operate the application.4. Your Rights (UK GDPR) & Account Deletion
Under UK law, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data at any time. You can initiate a complete deletion of your account and all associated data directly within the Haven app settings. 1. Agreement to Terms
By using Haven: Scripture & peace, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.2. Subscriptions & Payments
Haven offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Haven Premium") available on a Monthly or Annual billing cycle. By subscribing, users unlock full access to the app's expanded spiritual practice tools, including:50+ curated scriptures, whispers, and prayers per mood.Unlimited access to all available Scripture passages.Personalized daily verses.Advanced journaling features.Future Releases: Haven may advertise features slated for "Future Releases" (such as additional Bible versions, guided reading plans, audio scriptures, and custom reading modes). These represent our development roadmap. Your subscription is a purchase of the features available at the time of purchase, and is not contingent upon the delivery of future functionality.Billing & Cancellation: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime by going to your Apple App Store Account Settings.3. Faith-Based Content Disclaimer
